Cancel your membership

Before you cancel

After you cancel, you can no longer use My Page (order history, favorites, delivery addresses and member details).
Cancelling does not affect orders already concluded at that time. The Terms of Service continue to apply to payment, shipping and returns.
Transaction records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the required period after you cancel. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
You can also cancel your membership by email (info@jolex.jp).
