01Ordering
- How to order
- On the website, add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. To buy through our live streams, see the Live Shopping Guide.
- Membership
- You can buy as a guest without registering. Members can save delivery addresses and check their order history.
- Reserving an item
- Every item is one of a kind. Your item is reserved when your order is confirmed, not when it is added to your cart.
- Cancelled
- Website orders can be cancelled until the item ships. Live Sales orders cannot be cancelled.
02Payment
- Prices
- All prices are shown in Japanese yen, tax included.
- Bank transfer
- Please transfer within 1 day after your order is confirmed. After transferring, let us know with the “Report transfer completed” button on the order complete page or My Page.
After you press the button, if we cannot confirm payment by 17:30 on the next business day, your order is cancelled automatically. It is also cancelled if we do not hear from you by the deadline. - Alipay+
- After you place your order, you will be taken to the payment page of our payment provider (SB Payment Service) to pay with Alipay, AlipayHK or another supported wallet. Please complete the payment within 10 minutes of reaching the payment page.
- PayPay / credit card
- Coming soon.
- Remittance from overseas
- We do not accept bank remittance from overseas. If you need it, please contact us before ordering.
- Fees
- We bear currency exchange and payment processing fees. Any additional fees charged on your wallet side are borne by you.
Bank transfer fees and any fees charged by your financial institution are borne by you.

03Delivery
- Shipping
- Shipping is free to all deliverable destinations.
- Shipping time
- We ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Carriers
- Within Japan: Sagawa Express
Overseas: Japan Post (EMS, International Parcel), DHL - Destinations we cannot deliver to
- PO boxes, APO/FPO, Vietnam, Brazil, India, Indonesia
- Customs duties and import taxes
- Customs duties and import taxes are borne by the customer. We declare the actual sale amount.
If an item cannot clear customs or is returned for reasons on your side, we charge 20% of the item price. Costs arising from non-receipt are also borne by you. - Delivery to mainland China
- Your item is received on your behalf in Hong Kong, at which point our transaction with you is complete. Delivery from Hong Kong to mainland China is by a third-party logistics company, and we assist with the arrangements.
We bear the shipping cost from Hong Kong to mainland China until 30 September 2027. Customs duties, import taxes, storage fees and other costs are paid by you directly to the Hong Kong delivery company.
04Returns
- When returns are accepted
- When the item is not authentic, when you receive a different item from the one ordered, or when the item differs materially from its description.
- Time limit
- Within 30 days of receipt. For orders to mainland China, the period starts from the date of receipt on your behalf in Hong Kong.
- Confirming authenticity
- Claims must be based on a judgement by a brand boutique in Japan or a third-party appraisal institution in Japan. Appraisals by overseas institutions are not accepted. On return, we check again with an appraisal institution in Japan designated by us.
- Return shipping
- We bear the return shipping cost when the item is not authentic.
- Refunds
- We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- When returns are not accepted
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. Rings resized before shipping are also not returnable.
Items sold at a special price (sale items) and Grade N (brand new) items cannot be returned, except when the item is not authentic or you receive a different item from the one ordered.
05After-sales service and packaging
- Repairs
- We repair only items sold by us. Customers outside mainland China and Hong Kong should send the item back to us in Japan, at their own shipping cost.
- Inspection and work done
- Every item is checked by our dedicated staff. Any polishing, resizing or clasp replacement is stated on the item page.
- Packaging
- Items with a brand box are shipped in that box. Items without one are packed in a pouch with cushioning. Our own box is available free on request.
- Gift wrapping
- We do not offer gift wrapping.
06Condition grades
We show each item's condition in eight grades by our own standard. Grades are our own reference, not an industry-wide standard. If the grade and the photos differ, the photos take precedence.
NBrand New Unused, with no scratches or signs of wear
SUnused No signs of use, but may show slight changes from storage or display
SAExcellent Very slight signs of use, or restored to a beautiful condition by repolishing
AVery Good Small scratches or light scuffs on the metal, but in good overall condition
ABGood Scratches or scuffs from everyday use, but no major damage such as chipped stones
BFair Noticeable scratches, scuffs, dullness or similar
BCFlawed Noticeable scratches plus, in places, deformation, small chips in stones, loose clasps or similar
CNeeds Repair Major damage or defects; may require repair before use
